Day four of test building my prototype jigsaw puzzle and I have finally finished. I am making a few tweaks then putting it into production - lead time 4 weeks!

Introducing a unique love letter to London, showcasing the city’s rich music scene, literary heritage and thriving film industry on Dex’s biggest and most comprehensive map of the capital ever created. Delve into a world where books and their authors, melodies and their musicians, films and their stars intertwine seamlessly amidst London’s iconic landmarks, each meticulously placed where they are most celebrated. And now, for the first time ever, this map is available as a tea towel!

The tea towel is made from super premium 100% Panama cotton, hemmed on all four sides. It measures approximately 46cm by 71cm and comes with a black hanging loop. This ethically produced tea towel is made using eco-friendly materials and inks, and is proudly made in the UK.

Day 3 and my prototype of my London Culture Map jigsaw is starting to come together. As with most jigsaws it gets easier when you’ve got some markers down, but it’s still pretty tricksy.

Before launching this product I thought I’d better test it, I now know I’ll have to put a disclaimer on the box to say it’s difficult.

This is the prototype of a jigsaw of my Culture Map of London. Before I do a print run of them I thought I’d test it and try and make it. I spent hours designing the map and know it like the back of my hand but it is still pretty difficult to piece together.

The Culture Map brings together London’s rich music scene, literary heritage and thriving film industry on my biggest and densest map of our capital ever. Featuring books and authors; songs, lyrics and musicians; films and movie stars; all nestled amongst London’s landmarks, plotted where they are most famously associated. Soon to be an impossible Jigsaw puzzle!
